Before proceeding with any services from MintGrafix, please ensure that you have read and understood this Refund & Payment Policy. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
At MintGrafix, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative and design services. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our payment and refund terms below:
A 50% deposit of the total project fee is required upfront before any work commences.
This deposit secures your project in our schedule and allows us to begin work.
Once work has started, the 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
This policy safeguards the time, resources, and creative effort already invested in your project.
If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
If work has already commenced, the deposit will not be refunded, and additional charges may apply for work completed beyond the deposit value.
Agreed revisions are included as set out in your project proposal or contract.
Any amendments beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before additional work proceeds.
The remaining 50% balance is due once the project is completed and strictly before the handover of final files or deliverables.
Final work will not be released until the outstanding balance has been received in full.
Due to the bespoke and creative nature of our services, completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
